That's how I would understand it Barbie, because if the hotel does the break, it can be right outside the classroom, but if they donate an item, it has to be in the hospitality suite - which would be fine as well. (mmm Fiji water mmm)
Let's see if I understand this we can accept donations for example of Fiji water but we would have to use it in the Hospitality Suite, but if Fiji Inc. would donate funds we can use the funds to offset the cost of a break?
There's a list of vendors the PC(USA) has an agreement with listed at http://www.pcusa.org/purchasingpartners/index.htm - maybe some of them would be interested in coming to our conference in 2009?
Also, I wonder if there's a way to find out all the vendors that were at the GA?
