I thought when we were there that we asked them about using the detective dog that they had around our registration table with some balloons with our conference logo printed on them.

We could use them in our breakout area also on those tables.

Then when we set up for the banquet we can use them as centerpieces for those tables.

Do we have guidelines from the resort as to what they allow decoration wise in the lobby for the registration time?

Please post your thoughts on:

  1. Where do we need them (ie: hospitality suite, registration, classrooms, tables)?
  2. What should they be?
  3. Do you have any items through your church we could use?
  4. If not, any ideas on getting things donated for use?
