I was thinking more along the lines of pre-printed bottles because I thought they would make a good 2009 keepsake, but, I have passed along the suggestion, and now it is in y'all's capable hands.
I'm adding the tidbit about the name tags on the Administrative board.
The note referencing the name tags should go to the Administrative Team.
From other talks with Diana I know she is going to be meeting with the Disney people and then we can see what freebies they are willing to give us.
We could do the logo ourselves on labels. I think we have to ask if the man power worth doing it.
I was also thinking about seeing if water companies would donate the water bottles for the certification/conference event. - Diana do you want me to check on this?
I think from some brainstorming during all those whirlwind trips to look at facilities in Orlando tonight. I can't make myself just throw them away without passing them on so.......
There's a note about asking Disney for some pins/raincoats for the goody bags, and another note about trying to get water bottles for everyone. I wonder if we could do that with our logo or something? It doesn't even have to have the year on it. I realize that we would have to pay for that, but I'm just throwing the idea out there for the keepsake.
I also found a note about getting local office supply places in Orlando to donate the name tag holders and inserts. Possibly some binders.
