That's how I would understand it Barbie, because if the hotel does the break, it can be right outside the classroom, but if they donate an item, it has to be in the hospitality suite - which would be fine as well. (mmm Fiji water mmm)

Let's see if I understand this we can accept donations for example of Fiji water but we would have to use it in the Hospitality Suite, but if Fiji Inc. would donate funds we can use the funds to offset the cost of a break?

If they donate enough to sponsor a break done by the hotel, then can we use them for that? (just asking)

We can use them in the Hospitality Suite, but not outside the classrooms.

There's a list of vendors the PC(USA) has an agreement with listed at http://www.pcusa.org/purchasingpartners/index.htm - maybe some of them would be interested in coming to our conference in 2009?

Also, I wonder if there's a way to find out all the vendors that were at the GA?

I wonder if we could get Fidelity to do a vendor space and also teach that class on investing?

The Coalition for Immokalee Workers has set up at every Peace River meeting. This is the group that successfully boycotted Taco Bell for wage gouging immigrant farm workers. They are supported by Mission Peniel of Peace River Presbytery. They set up a great concession of Latin American crafts an all proceeds support CIW and the mission. Phone (239) 657-8311, and visit their web site www.ciw-online.org.

Does anyone have suggestions of vendors they would like to see at the conference?
